TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT:
A deposit of 50% of the Tour price is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 14 days prior to the departure date. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received by us. If the Safari is cancelled for any reasons, our cancellation policy as detailed in the paragraph below shall apply. The mode of payment shall be by cash or telegraphic transfer into our bank account.

CANCELLATION TERMS
40 days before departure 10% of the Tour price
39-21 days before departure 25% of the Tour price
20-7 days before departure 50% of the Tour price
Less than 7 days before departure 100% of the Tour price

CHANGES/ ALTERATIONS:
We reserve the right to make changes or cancel the itineraries before and during the Safari due to unforeseen reasons. Most changes will be minor, but should the circumstances or events make this necessary, in the opinion of Safari Eye Ltd a suitable alternative will be offered and if applicable a refund given
